Kerr Drug Inc. Diabetes Education Program will help people with diabetes and their families by providing them with access to a collaborative education team and the skills and knowledge to manage their diabetes appropriately with the goal of improving their overall quality of life.

Our diabetes education program allows patients with diabetes to meet with a Clinical Pharmacist and a Registered Dietician for 6 classes over 3 months.
Each participant will receive: diabetes education, blood pressure monitoring, weight monitoring, blood glucose assessment, foot exam, complete medication review, FREE pedometer, opportunity for a FREE medical alert necklace and a FREE blood glucose meter

Kerr Drug Diabetes Education* Program-Now offered at 8 convenient locations!
Medicare patients are FREE with referral from physician. For all other insurance and Medicaid, it’s $359, but upon completing all 6 classes patients are eligible to receive a $50 refund.
When you enroll in the program, you will attend six classes with a clinical pharmacist and/or dietitian.
